Having already located the perfect neighborhood to raise their family, now it was time to build some more space to accommodate their growing needs. In one of Bethesda's most sought after neighborhoods, this renovation took a single level rambler and transformed it into a two level home that perfectly blended in with the neighborhood. This project was the recipient of the Maryland Builder's Association 2014 Bronze Award for Whole House Renovation under 2,000 sq. ft.
