Who we are
Brookmont Homes combines the experience of a regional builder with the day-to-day hands-on involvement of a small custom builder. Our principals have build over 200 homes in the Washington, DC metro area. From large estates and single family homes, to renovations and custom interiors, we approach each project with the same care and attention to detail as if it were our own. We encourage you to schedule an appointment to discuss your plans with our principals, see our past work and meet with the homeowners directly.
What we do
Brookmont Homes specializes in building custom homes. Regional builders may present you with different options to "customize" your home, giving you a couple options for kitchen cabinetry, flooring, and other finishes. Brookmont Homes will build a truly custom home giving you the option to select the type of home, any floor plan, any exterior, one-of-a- kind built-ins. You can work with our architects or we can gladly work with yours to make sure you get the best value for your new home and it is built exactly they way you want it. Brookmont homes is the recipient of the Maryland Builder's Association 2014 Bronze Award for Whole House Renovation under 2,000 sq. ft.
