This new home construction was on a 40 foot wide lot that had tight setbacks and a challenging slope in the back yard facing Little Falls Creek. The project presented a number of permitting, architectural, and engineering challenges. We worked closely with our client and the architect to build a home that welcomed two new elementary school kids to the neighborhood. The home features a contemporary interior with an exterior that is both unique and blends in well with the existing homes.
